Hey guys,
Small updates from my side. I checked ecas this morning and they updated my home address to Canada with city and province only. However, the status still says application received only.
Below is my timeline:
Applied: January 23, 2013
Sponsorship approval/file transferred to ND: February 18, 2013
PPR: March 16, 2013, Received by ND:March 21, 2013
Address change: June 9, 2013.

Is it a good sign guys? Any thought?

From the forums i have read, if address for the applicant changes to Canada, it means you are accepted and your wait is almost coming to the end..
Its time for celebrations in a little while.
That;s positive jan 23 applicant..

I saw some changes in my E-cas status today.

Home address is changed to Canada.
But
PR application status is still "Application-received".
That's great..
Wait is almost over..
Congrats

Thank you everyone!
I'm waiting to see DM.
This gives some hope and eliminates our doubts that visa officers are on strike.
I hope this month brings a lot of good news to everyone.

Hello Sumandeep

I think you had mentioned only one address in your application.....i.e your Canada`s address that is why it is showing only one address.....I am just thinking that could be the reason....

All the best guys who got status change.

Anyone here applying to NDVO in May ? i got a AOR in Feb. NDVO visa office got my passport on 15th May (i wonder who received after 5:45, Friday). There is no status changed since then.

Medical - done earlier.

Keep on updating guys.

No my full Indian address is also mentioned. Or may be thats why as he is my representative ? thanks.

received my AOR on April 4th, since then my spouse hasnt gotten a PPR yet .. it's been over 2 months now .. does it take this long for PPR? should i be worried?

So before it was showing your Indian address???

but in my case

from the beginning I mean from the submission of the application around april 10 th my address is showing my spouse's address who lives in Canada
Because your spouse is your representative, that's why you see canadian address as your mailing address (with C/O your spouse's name). Later in your processing, there will be one more column added with current home address as canadian address. That's what we are talking about here.
