WE GOT REJECTED! in the worst way possible . The VO didn't even wanted to hear anything from my husband. Was very rude. Told him the decision was already made from before. When my husband tried to explain she told my husband to shut up, and threw his passport and our file on the floor and told him to leave. All what she said is that we will get an email. :'( this is the first time I heard of a VO behaving in such disrespectful manner!

Im sorry to hear about this, I can feel ur pain dear, this is what they also did too my hubby for last 2 interviews,
what was rejection based on??? this is not the first time im haering about this.... they were soo rude to my husband they threw is documents at his face and told us it was a fake marriage and all proofs were fake.. there a bunch of$#$#%$$

any thoughts on on appeal...are u considering???? help with a lawyer.

We eloped and went against our parents wishes. When I went to elope in India. My mom emailed cic in Anger stating how my husband is just using me to come to canada and this is a fraud that's being done with me. At the end of the email she wrote in caps "please save my daughter " on that note, they refuse to look at proofs , pics, etc. didn't even ask my husband anything , if he tried to talked she would yell at him and tell him to shut up. At the end she threw everything on the floor and said people like him make her sick and are the ones that ruin the system. They didn't care that we provided every single proof, their focus was only on my mom's email.

purpose to go ahead for an appeal. I would recommend to not to put a fresh application it will just waste another 12 months.
Appeal would be the best bet in ur situation. I really hateeeeeee ppl at NDVO.. we had some ver baddddd experinees with those ppl.
My hubby says they don't have heart.. They don't know what painnnn we go threw..

I forgot to mention whoever is the applicant( Canada) You will revcive the rejection letter by mail with also the appeal information. U need to do this in 60 days or the appeal will not be valid.(.you will have to sign the form an send it back) for them to go ahead an start ur process in an appeal. It may take 3- 6 months for getting an appeal date... wish you all the best.. msg me if you need anything.

I agree! I was very shocked when I heard all this from my husband, reading on other people's experiences, I've never heard of any VO behaving like this. And my question is, if the decision was already made for refusal, why did they call him for an interview, and ask him to bring all of the proofs. It's not like they called him to listen to what he wanted to say. And why be so rude and disrespectful ? They was no need for all this. On another note she mentioned how this decision was made from the time they received my mother's email. Which was back in aug 2012. Why did they wait so long to refuse us?

I am really very sorry to hear abt this..Feel really sad fr u..The VO didnt hav any right to behave lik tht with ur husband..If your planning to appeal it ll take abt 1-2 yrs and re applying is of no use cuz the strike spoilt the whole system :-[

What kind of proofs do they want was to show that our relationship is genuine???

I have so many pictures from the past and present being in reltionship, Went to diff country toegther for a honeymoon,Call history talking everyday or twice/three times a day, Emails,Sending $$, facebook status, pictures on facebook,hotel receipt, Plane tickets of my parents visiting my partner etc....Even planning to visit soon..uffffffff :-\
