I am just putting myself on safe side, there is so many crazy things going on as far as Mr.kenney is concern, kind of discrimination for asian community as he thinks all asian are fraud, and criminal, white oak they thinks they are all pure canadian.

Do i need to consult any immigration consultant?

You will receive passport through speed post. Keep checking your online status. They will update your status as - Decision Made and after few day from that youi should receive the passport with visa stamped on it.

I am not able to check my status online. How u guys check your status? Or does anyone else have this issue, Im having problems logging in. I am able to check with my own UCI number, but I am sponsoring my husband, and he has his own UCI number,I cant check his status

hello guys m able to see my ecas status wid my parents UCI but not wid my own uci ,,,can anyone tell me what is the reason behind that ....my parents had applied me in dependent child category ,,,,i had sent my passport nd police clearence on 7th march but after that no update it only shows application recieved ,,,,can anyone tell me y can,t i check the ecas status by my own uci ,,,,, :-\

Im going thru the same thing. I can see my ECAS, but not my hubby's ECAS. I was told a lot of people are having the same issue when I called IC. I believe its because Dehli is not updating on their side

I have a question. My wife is at her parent house and she will go for interview from her parent house (Peke) at the end of this month. Is that a problem? Can VISA office object that why she stayed 2.5 months their (Peke). I Visted India and we were together for 4 months, I applied in July 2012.

Please share ur thoughts.

It should not be a problem if u have a valid reason such as job tie near the parents' address or any other such convenience and she even does not need to let them know that she was at her parents' house if u have mentioned ur address as her permanent address in the file....Mailing address could be her parents' adress, no worries...

I seen your timeline, your wife sent her passport in nov 2012? Why did they keep it for so long ???
