New Delhi - 2012 applicants

Easier said than done..
Have been trying thou.. My status didn't change at all.. You know how frustrating that can get? Especially when there are people who filed much later had even started living a new life back there. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

I am on the same boat ..i understand your situation...

it made me rethink my decision WHY CANADA ...

It seems only New Delhi VO is not giving response to our queries ,while holding our passports for soo long and no proper updates on the status.Such a pathetic situatiion and so much of uncertainity : :

hello guys. logging after a long time. I was expecting to see many updates. Looks like NDVO has become too slow. maple, brar, really hope you get your visas soon. All the best to all those who have been waiting. Its a wait which is worth it.

The processing time for Santo Domingo is 13 months .But people are getting in few months .NDVO is so cruel to us..

NDVO has also issued visas for many people who have applied in September. So i guess it depends on our case specifics and some luck

Am i the first one to get DM? I just checked and it says Decision has been made on your application and office will contact you soon. Please update the sheet! Mostly it is positive when they write this right? Oct batch...be ready I hope to receive passport in 4-5 days!

MP Inquiry

My wife went to MP and he inquired on our behalf and this is what we have got..
It's really disappointing..

"Our records show that, in this case, we have received notification from CPC Mississauga that the sponsorship has been approved, but we have not yet received the application kit, including all the necessary forms and supporting documents.

As the application kit should be received shortly, we request the applicants to await contact from our office. Once a file has been created for the application, it will be reviewed and an eligibility decision made. If it is determined that an interview will be required, a letter will be sent to the applicant advising of the date and time for the scheduled interview. If it is determined that the interview can be waived, the applicant will receive a request for submission of original passport and any other documents or information required to finalize the application."

I have already sent the passport 6 months ago and they haven't yet received the application kit from Canada..

Anybody gone through this earlier? :'( :'( :'( :'(
