New Delhi - 2012 applicants

Wow....so many DM's today....inshallah hope we all who's still waiting,hear something very sooon!!!

So it seems as if everyone has received passport request but we still haven't received anything no request no nothing. Talked to lawyer no communication has come from New Delhi since October when I was approved for sponsoring. Not sure what's happening.

when your medical is expire? why do you want to do re-medical? did you send any inquiry to ndvo?

I was waiting for recieving the paspsort back from NVDO with visa on it until I got to know from MP office they want remedical to be done again for my spouse(dont know the reason).It expires in april 2013.So the MP office has requested them to resend letter in mid of decmeber.They havnt issued any yet.

Visa officer himself doesn't know whom to issue the visa first and whom the last because many people who filed their applications in 2012 beginning are still waiting for their luck and the one who applied in mid-year 2012 have already been issued PR and staying with their partners in Canada so its all about lottery system and all about your luck,
"Upar wala meharbaan toh Ghada bhi pailwaan" so keep faith in god and have patience for good results Good luck.

you had DM since Sept 2012 but you never bothered to enquire about your PP. is your PP is with NVDO or you got DM without they kept passport?? did you make a physical query with NVDO because it seems something weird that you had DM but still waiting for passport for 4 months....

i called them yesterday but nobody answered me , n i dont know how to contact them i also mailed them in 12 nov to know my satus they not replied me back

Average time means that it takes on average (meaning 80% applications were processed within this time) 10 months from the time the file gets transferred to NDVO. But going by the experience of forum members, it could take any amount of time.

Since you are an April applicant, you should order GCMS notes and contact your MP to get a better idea.

What do you mean by the GCMS notes?
