Hi, i just register today but we are in the same boat. i m in process since 12 sep2012 still waiting. my hubby is with since i got my PPR .we reschedule our tickets twice already . We saw today lots of DM. Hopefully getting our visa soon. Do you have suggestion in our case

Did you order GCMS or contact MP to find out about your case?
And from above, do you meant your husband is with you here in India since Sept 2012?

Dear Mumble,

I think next is your turn to get DM because APScorpion was "In Process" same as you i.e. 26th sept and He got DM on 10th Jan, So I am sure you also got DM by tomorrow or Monday.

yes it true he is with me from sept 2012. now wait is so long for us, we want to go back together and start our life. so we reschedule our tickets.

Hi,

Timeline is as below :
Application done : 10th Sept 2012.
Sponsorship Appr : 24th Oct 2012.
Passport Request : Nov 10 2012.
Passport send and delivered : Nov 14 2012.

It dosent show in process yet same situation as of your's once your would go in process some hope would generate. TIll sponsorship all went fast and once the file is in india back home.. lethargic slow system.The biggest thing is to check sponsor's viability, if they feel its ok.. why d hell dis guys take such a long time to giv visa..have to be patient and wait.. i think it should soon go in process in this month.. as i see other people in forum before me going in process..

I hope to hear some good news soon... the system is very lethargic which is unfortunate but with all the fraud marriages out there. I guess they want to be extra careful, unfortunately everyone in a genuine relationship has to pay the price. It would be so much more comforting if the process was more transparent... that would make the wait a little easier.... Its good to hear that NDVO is on a roll, I just hope they keep it up!

Hi guys,

went thru all the threads and didn't see a thread for all the New Delhi VO applicant thread.

I recently got Sponsor approval on 25th June 2012 and now waiting for passport request from new delhi

on average , it takes anywhere from 15 days to 30 days to get passport request after the file reaches new delhi ..

my ecas is now updated to "Medical received"

So by file opened you mean to say your status is in process?

It is very difficult to predict the timelines...there is no pattern as such...Looking at the recent updates from NDVO...they should be picking up the pace... ( touchwood...hopefully) Anyhow there are lots of applicant from April/ May who are yet to recieve DM..

Two-days vibrant Gujarat Business summit was held at Gandhinagar and top tycoons like Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, Mukesh Ambani, Japanese Ambassador Mr.Takash yagi, British High Commissioner Mr.James Baven and of course Canadian High Commissioner Mr.Stuarts Beck was also present over there so these may be again reason for the our process delays due to absence of High commission in Canadian Ambassy on Friday in New Delhi...... Oh God.......When will all of our status get updated!!!!!!!!!!

i guess abhat, u and me have had the longest wait, especially you alveenmomin, kudos for your pateince, you are dec 2011 filed, and us in March 2012, not sure if there are any other feb-march applicant still on wait.
