Finally got our email today for a call to an interview at the end of January. Some movement at last!!

Noted one thing in our GCMS note, the Security section is blank. Is it same for others who received the notes?

Decision made since 2 months now?? so that will be like since October beginning?? How is it possible that u still have not recieved ur passport?? this really is strange...

Most applicants receive passports within 15-20 days max. of decision made....So i think you should contact ndvo asap through email n fax.

i've contacted NDVO through email and fax but have not received any reply..is thr any other way to contact them for my status???

You can order GCMS notes or contact your MP.

Talk to your MP's office. You'll get a response much more quickly when they contact NDVO.

I think so!! One other thing that NDVO office did, which is really very bad, is they sent our interview email letter to someone else in the 'to' field! Strangely enough, someone with the exact same name and DOB. This surely is breaking many privacy laws, as this person has access to all of our personal information!! I spoke to him, and thankfully he said that he will not do anything with the information. I've contacted our lawyer regarding this. It's really not done!

im in the same boat as him also bc they also have our pasport since july 30 and we also got interview email last week... really anoying

How disgusting. They think there is no way we know that some cases get processed very early and some late. So they think we are all a***holes who will keep quite till the ridiculous time in the processing time is over.
If there are change in rules, then that needs to be communicated. Family class is priority, is bull****.
Those consultants are even more so. I don't think embassy gives a shit about them.
Its so disgusting to read about u and harryiswaiting. And isn't it illegal to hold someone's passport for this long?

(Apologies for the bad words, but I am frustrated. I no longer remember my husband and all, neither I am eager to go anymore. That's the over ripened rotten fruit of patience. But I am not happy being doubted and overstaying my welcome at my parents home. This marrige has become a cause of embarrassment and shame for me now)
