oh really??? accordin to previous experience once ur address updated to canadian address th means ur visa is done i mean decision made on application...isnt it?

yeah i chkcd spreadsheet... n normaly decision made is dne within 2-3 days after change f address... but in my case... thy updated my address of india n surname,.... n thn jus frgot abt my file...

in ur case ur thr hv been no change in address..?? since date f filing application

no actually mine is in process since oct 19 and dere s lil bit change after th dey added ma hubby's father name on address...nothin else....ma lawyer said it takes 120days since ur file transfer to delhi.....

that means 4 months.. its been 3 since file transfer to nd... n 2 since i sent my pp....
but 120 days is a long time............ i hope its nt true in our case ..as we apr n may applicants hv waited at evry step....

i knw... atleast things shd move... may b at slow pace... bt no change at all.. makes the wait evn more difficult...
earlier it ws tht ndvo is nt wrking as embassy ws busy with harper's visit... but dnt knw wat r thy doin nw...

yes but my files is transfered for over 120 days now so this theory is not right also... my full application time is at 170 days already and my file has been transferred since july 10

I got reply from my MP....
It says,
Spousal application was received in August 2012,
Positive Selection decision has been made,
Background checks are complete,
Medicals are valid until March, 2013.

File is ready for final review...

Now I dont know, how long will it take....

I contacted my Mp almost 3 weeks back, just saw the email today, was sent on monday.

As per my MP, if your file is in process for longer period, it means your file is waiting for a final review....it all depends on how long is the que...

Atleast you got some update...This is good information.
I tried contacting my MP. I called his office and some female picked up the phone and said They cannot ask them update if its in process and less than 9 months. What to do I just do not understand.
