New Delhi - 2012 applicants

Even after telephonic interview nothing is happening for me.......Why??????

Rahul it seems they r sending visas as per PPR dates......none of september PPR's have got visa yet except 1 .......even in case of applicants who get " in process " same day they are just dispatching visas of people who got PPR earlier ......i feel after stamping visas they are arranging our passports in separate cupboards ( separate cupboard for each month ) .......and they are dispatching august passports now .......when they are just about to dispatch they update the address on eCAS .......so now SMVI , AP scorpion and april_19 are very near ......SMVI got inprocess and he wont have to wait too long with " in process " now.....and most probably april_19 and APscorpion will c their address changes by tuesday .....

I am agree with phulvir. I was just going through the spreadsheet and was checking the in process status applicants then I realised it. Thomas got ppr on 1st of aug so he got visa and now amongst those who got in process on 3oth oct next PPR is on 21st aug ii.e. Me and same happened with mumbie and apscorpion.

Baaaki NDVO ka kuch nahi keh sakte

Thanks bro. for the message. But this is really getting unbearable now. My wife is finding hard time with relatives, neighbours etc..Everyone has just one question and I think they are more interested to know that she doesnt gets visa.

I can understand your and her situation. Even its almost 10 months after my wedding and everybody is so very interested in my visa. Buddy, its tough time and we have to face it. Can't help it

Exactly, fact is we just cannot do anything..rather than wait..wait...wait...wait and wait and wait. We have almost lost the initial time of our new start in life but I hope we all have the best time to cover this up even.....OH! God please help us all....everyone means everyone please.....

I applied for family sponsorship for my wife and infant son (less than 1 yr old) in Mississauga. File transfer has been done to New Delhi. My question is regarding application fees:

1) I paid CAD 1115/- with the initial application.
2) CIC returned back CAD 415/- to me without giving any reason. (So they basically kept CAD 700/- with them)
3) Now I rcvd the PPR from New Delhi and they asking to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (if not already done).

I am confused now. Do I still have to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee of CAD 490/- for my wife? Any idea why they sent me back the CAD 415/- ?? Was my initial payment amount incorrect?

(I understand there is no Right of Permanent Residence fee for dependent children).

Hey i checked at night while sleeping at abt 10 pm IST...at that time ..it was app received ...
But whn i woke up , then my hubby told tht it changed to "In process"

You should call CIC Canada to check about fees, they will help you better in understanding about the right amount in your specific case.

With that pattern, I guess thinkpad is next as his ppr was in july something and submission date Aug 1 I suppose. He's been waiting for sometime in 'in process'. Though even if this is the pattern, its still too slow. In no time Nov will come to an end and Dec means holiday season..dunno how much are they going to work on our files then :-(

as per your calculations you paid incorrectly initially

A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner 1 $150.00 $150.00
Total: $1680.00
they returned 415 because they only kept [ 475+75+150] = 700
you will have to pay 980$ now
i am not sure why would they waive landing fees for any dependents since the dependents will be landing to canada - right ? hope i helped

My address on eCAS got updated . They added (D/o father's name) to the address. Is that a got sign?
