Oh god!! Case is same with me. Not only aunties, my friends, relatives and sometimes I feel whole haryana is worried about my visa. Lol my husband is so tired of answering same questions at his workplace too. Its been 184 days now. And my husband said I'll write a board and will hang it in my neck about visa Lol he said, please newspaper me print karwa dena , sab ko phone karke btaana mushkil hoga once you get your visa . Adding more to it, two friends of mine are so concerned, they have already dreamed of my visa and flight to canada. People are crazy

omg same thing happens with everyone lol n above all if we say to aunties tht now a days visa process take longer then they say ohh but someone from my relative got their visa in 3 months only thts soo stupid lol people r more worried about our visas

the avg time for DM or visa issue used to b a month or month n half max after PPR just couple of months ago but now they seem like to b taking ages to issue the visa after PPR

I was actully goin through the timelines of previous applicants start of the year n they all had month or month n half max for visa...anyways its just a waiting game now for all of us....gotta have patience....atleast urs "in process" lol mine still appl. recd.
BTW im frm Ldh can't send PM rite now..it wont allow me :-X

Hahahahahahahahaha, you made me laugh first time in the day. I cannot agree with you more. Its India, people are more concerned with other people then themselves. It must be me going mental or can I really see some hint to sadist happiness when i tell some people ki mera visa abhi tak nahi hua? Some interesting comments I got from people are

- Is everything alright between you two...you know, I mean its difficult to stay attached if you are not staying together after marriage
- Cant you bribe the embassy?? Aaj kal saab cheez ke liye paise dene padtey hai (HUH??)
- (Most hilarious one) Thats why I do not want my daughter to get married to NRI. Staying apart for so long, aaj kal ke ladke..kuch bhi ho sakta hai

Hahahahahahahahaha, you made me laugh first time in the day. I cannot agree with you more. Its India, people are more concerned with other people then themselves. It must be me going mental or can I really see some hint to sadist happiness when i tell some people ki mera visa abhi tak nahi hua? Some interesting comments I got from people are
