Hello,

Guys....It has been 20 days ECAS showing "in process" but nothing any new..I dont know whats going on???

Many people I seen , they get visa within a week after they changed" in process"

Parth we are in the same boat. In process since Sep. 26. They asked for fee I sent the receipt no reply then after.

hi parthpatel204 and pt_052012,reading your comments..its been really long for you.did you guys pay full fee or chose to pay the landing fee later and has there been any document request /telephone interview?
and dont go by ecas, most of the people i have spoken to say...that practical time line and ecas status dont ever match

I can totally understand your frustration.... We both are in same boat, mine is also showing in process from last 20 days... I dont understand what went wrong after file status went to in process.... Why ND is taking so long in making decision... This wait is killing me now....

Aprroval n FILE TRAN: ND July 10/12
PPR On Aug 1/12
THey sent a letter to my wife's name at my canadian adress On Sept 24/12 stating that i'vent submitted a form which is IMM5540 (sponsor questionairs) However I did submitted that with my originals doc's when I 1st applied.. so I refilled the IM5540 N sent it to ND through courier. They shoud've sent the letter to my wife's address in India Which They Did'nt. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY?? NO 2.. They shoud've updated the resubmission of a FORM on Estatus WHICH THEY ALSO DID'NT . So I did what i thought was right I emailed the cic n told them abt the situation.. N requested to sent any further doc's to my indian add.. NOW I want to know the moral of the story !! ARe there chances of an interview ??? If their were Chances then WHY DID'NT They sent a Interview letter and asked my wife to bring IM5540 along??? Is It a set back ??? Tottaly confused frnd's.. Need some serious Advice PLLz....

HI!

They never update submission of forms on Ecas. Other way is email them. And interview, i think they will decide after they get all the forms and there is no pending document. Then they review and see if an interview is needed. Rest other Seniors will also respond to your query.

I am in the same boat as yours guys. My application is 'In Process' since 26th sept.I am hoping for bulk updates over the weekend

Hey smvi could u add me to the sheet app filed on may 22 approved on aug 20 and sent to ND. Passport request on sept 16 in process on sept 26 and decision made on oct 15 thankss

Hi yusuf,

we almost have the same file tranfer and PPR dates.... even i never received any communication after sending the PP...
my address got chanaged from my lawyers address to my local chennai address after my writter snail mail to NDVO... it got changed during aug 20... after that no communications from ND.. just waiting for a call from them... so dont loose ur hopes.. just wait.. ur day is coming...
