New Delhi - 2012 applicants

Hello Friends...

Got a letter from ND VO stating that i need to send Passport size photographs.

So now i have few questions to ask to all my friends.:-

1) Is there any possibility that i will be asked for any another documents now. Or they have verified my doc and required only my passport photographs?

2) Is negative required for passport photos? and stamping at back of photos required?

3) Now after submitting passport size photos, how much time will be take more?
Friends who have been asked for more documents , did u got visa?

I know it's strange but I love my wife we met one year back in July and we fall in love so we got married but people now scaring me saying they going to reject ur application because ur marriage is suspicious its strange I just want to live with my wife I don't know why goverment has any problem with that we are all free people free to choose whom our life partner can be she is Hindu and also I am too just we are from different worlds I just want her to come here they already asked for her passport so it's mean they are looking into the file does anyone know what other problems can come up like I gave everything they asked for what can be a issue now any ideas m sorry for all the questions but it's my first time and m so curious

There are many people who discourage us in life. You just believe in god and your love. I am sure these things wont affect you.. Be positive and think positive. Don't worry now. All will be okay.

Smvi- many people have been asked for latest pics. Thats only normal. From what I know, it shouldn't take more than a month before they send your po with visa!

woww smvi tht sounds great news for u they have opened ur file and may be they are ready to issue u a visa thts y they are just asking u for pictures now and no other document .. didnt u send those pics earlier ???? just send the pictures no need to send negative or stamp at back ....... good luck .. whats ur ecas showing now ???

Also no negatives or stamping required. They only require your latest pics. InshaAllah all is going to be ok soon. Though the good news is they have started processing your application!

I had already expected this in my case as my pics are a few months. The point is they shouldnt be older than six months.
Smvi- what time did you rec this message from Ndvo? Was it through snail mail or email? Pls give me the details as Im guessing Im next!

one question how will ND know that pics are 6 months old or not ????????????

I have send those photos with all the complete specification but i had tht photos by april ..so its still 5 months only..
Y they asked i dont know.
I got a snail mail from ND VO which was dated 3rd oct, n i got it today.
Friends plz let me know, is thr anything to worry abt? Will it delay my app?
Will they ask for few other documents again?

Depends on how much time our application takes for processing. For us June applicants its been almost 5 months, so there. If you asked former applicants, most of them were required to send their latest pics. And no, I dobt think that delays the process.

You can calculate the number of months from the date of application submitted..Example applications submitted before and during the month of April and have not yet received there PR yet then they have a good chance of getting letter from New Delhi to submit new passport pictures.....

Zeenish is saying their r many other applicants who also send passport pictures so dnt worry stay positive may b u look diff in wedding pics thn passport pics thts y they want new one even my passport pics are so different i look bad in those pics but in other wedding and casual picture i look so good

congrats for stage one and they will not stamp visa as soon u send passport they will hold passport on ur file for the whole time of processing it may take month or 2 ..
