New Delhi - 2012 applicants

From the past few days .. It is been seen that , there is no updates in Ecas infact some are getting change in address after the visa are already issued.

Right now they might be working on 2nd or 3rd week of April . Also one applicant of May named "godHelp" got request to send more photos etc.

Hopefully they work fast..
Plz do updates us about any change ....

Even a minor change is imp for all..

I have a query.
Do we get a different file number when the file is transferred to Delhi? And are we supposed to track that number rather than the number received at the time of sponsorship approval?

We got approved on 13 Aug, but there is still nothing on the passport request. We mailed the email address provided on site for delhi immigration. We got response (automated) stating that they will reply in 30 days. The number on the site is no use and after going through a labyrinth of options, the automated voice announces, they do not accept phone inquiries.

Right now I do not even know if my file is with delhi or not.

2nd or 3rd week of April.........Which time line is this related to ..i mean Date of Application Submitted to CIC time line or Date when File has been transferred to New Delhi time ...

For example : I applied in June 22 2012 so on an avg If i calculate I have to wait another 2 months (June Application ) or 4 months (File Transfer to ND) for final outcome....Thanks

After PPR , it will approximately take 50 to 70 days....So u can calculate for yrs....

Well, Sponsor will get his/her UCI number and Applicant will get her/his File Number starting with F000XXXXXX when stage 1 one is completed....New Delhi office will issue a Applicant his/her UCI number and you can track the status of the application both with Applicants UCI and File Number as well as with Sponsors UCI number on eCAS.

Well in the email if it says file has been transferred to local office i.e New Delhi for further processing then you dont have to worry friend......My spouses file has transferred on 30th Aug and I received PPR on 15th Sep by email.I guess you should be receiving email from New Delhi office soon....

CHC, ND has not returned the marriage pictures. Do they do with everyone? Is this a mistake they have done?

Please reply.

Congrats and I think they will not return the photos we submit, I'm not sure with it may be they keep it for any future use or trash it.

Hi all, my wife's visa was issued from New Delhi. She is an Indian Citizen. Visa details are correct. But on the COPR the country of issue is Pakistan. Is that correct? Subaru,Shashi,Manorite and CAPRWIFE pls check with ur wife and reply me.

Hello Friends,

Today my wife got an email from High Commission to submit more photos of marriage, reception, post marriage and email communication/letters/phone bills
between my wife and me. We had just submitted total 10 photos and no emails etc. Just a simple arranged marriage.
So we are planning to send a lot of pictures this time. Can anyone tell in how much time
we can expect a decision. Looks like they surely would have touched the file, thats why they are
asking this additional information. Please throw some light.
