Hi Guys -

I have a very important question. I submitted my passport on June 25th. I got an email from CHC-New Delhi today asking for further details to finalize the decision.

Which address should I send it too?

In the email they are saying to send it to this address:

Immigration Section / Section de l'immigration
Canadian High Commission / Haut-Commissariat du Canada
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi
India / Inde

But this address is incomplete, it does not have the PO Box. Should I not sent it to this one, where we sent our passport?

Canadian High Commission
Immigration Section
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021 India

Hey Misara...

None of the courier company will deliver your package to a PO BOX. a full street address is required.

So dnt go by the PO Box...

The address below will work to send any additional docs, if you dnt trust my words go to any courier company website and see the FAQ section....

Hope that helps.

Just for your reference buddy....

question 4 on the link above.

And if you still decide to go with the PO BOX option then there wont be anyone receiving this package, they will be dropping it into a PO BOX.

On the regular address there will be someone receiving it and you will get that confirmation from DHL or any other Courier providers..

I am sure Smart Juice got lucky....

Also go to one of the DHL office to confirm this info....i am sure they will tell you the same thing...

God Bless..

Guys,
This is regarding spousal sponsorship and currently in the final stage of the process - with PPR received and passport submitted. Since we have submitted the application (Early April), she applied for a visitor visa (Late May) - which was refused for the reason that her PR was in process.

Here's the Q : As this happened after the PR application was submitted, Do we need to notify CHC ND about the refusal? As the original application does not mention anything about it?

Any information regarding this matter will be highly appreciated!

Thanks

HI Aji don't worry about the same which u mentioned, you don't need to inform them, they already know it, I have been through the same situation, I applied in june for visitor visa but was refused, I did not contacted them and never informed them that I was rejected and no need to do this, bcoz you have already submitted your PR application before visitor visa application.

:)Applicant of March 1-16 should be ready for interview/ address change/ DM/ PP back.

Hello,

I have a question, as usually mentioned in PPR email, to send PCC(if not submitted), Receipt of payment and Passport.
So, i want to know that the copy of receipt has option on it to fill up Name, client date of birth and address; Do i need to fill that up again (right now its blank). I dont remember what I filled in those column when filling up the application (the original one).

Have you already submitted your passport?
Yeah, I have sent my PP today via Blue Dart Xpress. Hopefully, they will get there by tomorrow. How do we know that NDVO received the package?

Hello Neelsh,
When you send anything from courier service, they usually give you a tracking number. You can track your package, normally it get delivered very next day to NDVO...

All the best...:)

Congrats smartjuice, karaneet, jot1988, 123puneet, Very happy to see all these DMs. I hope things move on quickly for everyone else here.

Hello,
In my case, my sponsor did online payment. In my ppr they ask for receipt of payment. So I made photocopy of that receipt and send it along with passport without filling receipt. According to me, they Put down receipt number above
barcode scan in computer system and they will know all details of yours.
So dont worry about to fill name and date of birth etc.
I hope this will help you.

Den
