from which office you got the call? from CPC-M or New Delhi?

did they give any file number?

They did not call me. I called CPC-M and the confirmed that my file is approved. They gave me a file number but told that file number won't be same for Delhi. They asked me to just wait till I get something from Delhi office.

Hi,

I just had a question regarding the communication from ND Visa Office. Will they send letters to my lawyer in Canada (for ppr, documents etc.) or directly to my wife (Sponsored Spouse) in India? If they send it all the way to Canada, wouldn't it be a big waste of time?

can anyone let me know that in my ecas there is one digit missing in pin code of my area
so what should i do, all other mailing address is right but one digit is missing in pincode although i filled right and complete in forms

Dont worry zearus, mine has also missing states gujarat but I do have pin cod

Login with applicant's details (not sponsor's) using filenumber and you will see it.

Btw, I saw someone's post asking why the state name isn't showing up in Ecas. It is the same case with me on the ecas...however on the PPR request letter I received the full mailing address included the state name and the pincode. So, that confirms the VO *does* have an applicant's full address (whatever you filled out on the form) but whatever reason it may or may not shown on ecas. I hope this helps!

hey Godhelp,

With the time CPC-M is taking to approve First step and send the file over to your visa office is longer then normal, because of that i guess they are ignoring the fact that the medical is included or not.

In my case as you said medical was not included, as soon as i got my approval for the first step i spoke to one of there agent that guided to me upload the medical online for my wife..

The agent can give you the delhi file number right away through which you can choose specific inquiry and upload your medical form 1017 online which they will receive in few days.

Ask your wife to get the medical done and dont wait for CPC-DELHI to send you a letter for the medical.

yeah i am able to see my indian address on ecas at very next day of issuing me file number by CPC M . just fill the file number/application number of your husband along with his surname and country of his residence, i am sure you will be able to see this .

Hi punjabi kudi,

You should not worry about address not showing correctly in ecas. I have seen that for lot of people the address does not show correctly. Wait for your passport request and if you see the address not correct in the request letter then send your correct address with your passport. I am sure new delhi will have correct address on file.

Also, where do you see your indian address on ecas? When i log in with my wife's file number, only the canadian address is showing. I can't see the indian address?

Don't worry, If you provided your email address in the application file then they always send PPR request by email. so just chill out and it will come soon....

No updates yet..... still egarly waiting to see some changes in my ECAS. usually people get their approval in 4 months. I don't what the ND people doing on their *.....* Hopefully we will get some updates this week..i feel they already start to working on our file but they just forget to updated it.
