yea dat may b but im nt in process even, i think only while stamping pr visa they might cancel trv.

but hw did u find out ur trv was cancelled

VO told me and cancelled it in front of me and siad you will get you PR Visa so after consulted with supervisor it has been canceled without prejudice.

my wife contacted mp office just nw n the manger there said ndvo cannot hold up a passport jus like dat.
n he mailed an enquiry too. lets c wat happens.
meanwhile im off to delhi to collect it by hand.

Hello friends got the passport back with the Visa .........finally m done ) ....thank god and a big thanks to all the friends out here......this jrny was lil bit easy only coz of the support from this forum..Really encouraging .....Gud luck to all.......Date of visa issur is 15-1-2013.......will be landing soon

My husband went to the MP's office on Friday, they said the same thing to him. We're going to be updated today or on Tuesday by the MP's office. Nothing as yet, shall update once we get a call. My passport has been stuck for 5 months

We received your application for permanent residence on July 4, 2012.

We started processing your application on January 18, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
