hi guys

i want to know how long will it take to delivre my paper to newdelhi .
i sent my documents by xpresspost from quebec it says it takes bascially 4to 7 days. i sent mine on thrusday

assege regarding interview ?

my husband recieved call from newdelhi visa office right after 60 days of passport submission he took 15 min interview on the phone and ask him to submit some documents which i mailed it on thursday by xpresspost. let see how long will it takes now

and don't worry u r next wish u gud luck
for MP you can ask him/her to do the inquiry

I contacted the mp last week and the first thing he said where is the consent letter...even when Isaac booking an appointment over the phone they said make sure you get yourconsent letterfrom the applicant. So I got an email from my spouse in regards to me acting on behalf of her to get any info......

Again I dnt know if all the MP follow the same format or they are just like NDVO where they do everything possible....lol

ohh ok, they have their own rules and regulations. in my case, they asked for sponsor's consent not applicant because sponsor was contacting them not applicant and sponsor can ask them to check his/her application status. NO need to say that i want to get information about my spouse's application but tell them, its my application and has been forwarded to New delhi. But after all it depends on your MP, if they really want to help you or not :-X. in my area MP and everyone else working in her office are very helpful, they contacted ND 2 times in 2 days because first time they didnt get full info about interview and they sent me best wishes for interview by email and mail to my home.

VISA ISSUED... Not Yet

This is my timeline now wht i have to do ....
If i contact to canadian MP then will they update my status ?
Can we direct contact with New Delhi Immigration office regarding this ?

yes you should contact your MP now and they can not update your status but will give you all info about your case and reason for delay in processing.
you can not contact New delhi visa office, although you have an option to send case specific enquiry to new delhi but they dont reply and sometimes they reply after 30 days
