Hello friends,

My wife got only one month visa to India for our marriage.. so we couldn't plan our honeymoon trip..will this affect our process?

but we submitted many local visit photo's like movies, beach, temples with our application..is that okay?

please share your thoughts..

I didn't have an honeymoon either because we didn't have the money for it. It won't affect your application.

hi all
did anyone get DM today ??????????? or any other changes in the system

When your sponsor get approved, they transfer the file directly to New Delhi. Some people receive an Acknowledgment Of Receipt (AOR) some don't. On the form saying that your sponsor has been approved, you get a UCI which is your husband's client number. Once your Passport request will be sent to you, you will get another client number which will be yours. So when you log on Ecas with your husband's number, it shows his address because his name is on top. But when you will log on Ecas with your number it will show your name on top with your address. Sometimes like in the case of my husband, his address appear a bit later. As for your passport request, even if address not on Ecas, they have it on file, so don't worry, you will get it at some point. Hope this help!

Don't worry about your address not been accurate on Ecas. I've seen a lot of others with this issue and they still got the visa. They have the correct info on file. You can send your passport by courrier as you can get a tracking number. I heard from other members that Blue Dart is good.
