Hey Ramank... You can send it thru registered post OR Courier.. I suggest courier service like Bluedart for domestic is the best, as we too have been sending thru Bluedart always n they deliver it the next day.. Also u get the tracking details n delivery report as well!!

Hey, Thanks for your note. We already sent it through registered post. I just wanted to see what other people used. The immigration officer said "no need to courier" so we had to mail it in. It took frikin ONE week for them to receive it. Sent last monday and they finally received TODAY. It's just so frustrating.. this whole process Well atleast they have it now, lets see how long it takes. Have been counting days since November 2012 to see DM.

U should be good..Try sending email to NDVO IF they received your passport. i got a confirmation from them surprisingly and confirmed that they have received my passport. Which made us feel much better. Not its a waiting game again unfortunatly.. ???
