Anyone know which bank offers the best "new comer" to Canada account?

I have been looking around and to me it looks like Scotia but I would like other people's opinions

Thank you

I didn't as it wasn't under the Family Class section and I don't really venture out of here :)

I have read it now and everyone has different opinions....I will just go with what I think is best

Thanks Ponga!!

My hubby signed up with Scotia for multiple reasons... They offer a great new comer option, they have Scotia's in Jamaica and I am also with Scotia so we transferred him onto my account and made it joint.

But again... everyone has a different opinion for different reasons.

My sister hates CIBC, although I've never had any difficulties. She switched to Scotia & like them.

find one which has a branch close to home or office. td has late and weekend services, so i find them quite convenient.
