best of luck mate, since CIC only asked for TR, NOA and updated employment history that means everything else is proper in your application.

yes i have provided both UCI and Application number and applicant names in my email.. lets see how it turns out... thanks for the clarification

You have to keep you communication minimum , as each communication is reviewed which might delay your application. My take would be if you have provided your client id and application number and other details it wont be a problem .

I just got the NOTES yesterday. I know what happened to my delay...
the 12 months started after receiving PGWP (not graduation date). so i am short of 1 or 2 weeks.
Right now it is under someone's review.

Any suggestion?

I believe they started to get strict on this. Only they'll count work experience with PGWP and not on OCW even if you worked after graduation.

The GCMS notes could show us the reasons why our application is delayed. Thus, it is quite useful.

can anyone help me to know how one can order GCMS notes while applicant is outside canada. On the GCMS website it asks for Canadian address proof irrespective of act you select.

Since I am outside Canada can I ask a Canadian friend to request GCMS notes for me, would that be accepted ?

Yes. Anybody in Canada can apply for GCMS for you.
