Apply for BOWP now. It is unlikely that you will be a landed PR by the time your PGWP expires.

You can mail the documents, or email a scanned copy. However, it is not recommended unless
CIC asked for the documents or you've failed to submit the documents with your application package.

Thanks Toby , I have applied in Jan , so at that moment I have not got my T4 and of-course NOA , I got it recently just provided these scanned docs , I don't think it would be a problem as I have mentioned in my cover letter(Initial Application) , I will provide T4 and NOA once available .

Ok, so since you've already sent the scanned documents to CIC you should be fine.

CIC asks applicants to keep the communication to a minimum. Submitting documents CIC didn't ask for
not only delays your application, as the documents have to be assessed and your request processed, but
also every other application. So if you've submitted all necessary documents with your initial application
package and CIC did not ask for updated documents, then do not send anything.

Hi toby,
Could you please suggest which is the better for my issue related to upfront medicals.

I went to upfront medicals on 10-Apr for myself, my spouse and kid to Etobike.
I gave my workpermit, passport copies and AOR letter printouts.
On that day systems are not working and they asked me to come back after 3 days and I went there on 17-Apr and after seeing my medical letter, I kind of literally shocked.
They entered my category as "Refusee" and they put only my work permit number, start date and end of my current work permit even though I have provided my passport.
Where as for my wife and kid they entered correctly with passport number.

When the other lady trying to change, she couldn't and she mentioned that the initial lady who entered my details has to come back from vacation.
Last week when I went there, she mentioned to me that the medical results were sent already to CIC and they can't change anything now, but they mentioned they have put my Passport details in the notes section in their application.

I am worried now and see if this is going to impact my PR application.

Could you please suggest if I should send the email with the Confirmation forms that I have received, my passport front page, my work permit to CIC explaining the situation that instead of passport, etobiko office put Work permit.
Could you please suggest and also please suggest to which mail id we need to send all these documents.

I don't know every day , somebody deletes the Jan Excel Data or what ? Have somebody noticed that ?
