I got my Canada Entry Visa valid till Jan 2016. I am traveling along with my family to Canada in Dec 2015. This is because of my daughter's winter vacation during the time. I got leave from office for 3 weeks. I have to return back from Canada after applying for PR card. I heard that new PR card is issued within 4 to 6 weeks time. So, is it possible to provide a friends address based in Canada to receive our PR card, who will then mail it to us? We are planning to permanently move to Canada in 2 years time before the PR card expires. So is this arrangement possible?
