Hi . I am long haul truck driver with a company which recently got AIPP so my company want me to go through as soon as i will be complete my one year.
I have few queries like

1. I have completed only senior secondary from india and my only education is senior secondary do i need to Evaluate that??

2. Other thing i want to know is do i need to complete only 1560 hours or full one year? My employer is confused with that. My employer want to apply before completing one year because i already done with 1560 hours.

Yes you will need ECA for secondary levels,
You will have to complete 1 year. Not just 1560 hrs. Its atleast 1560 hrs in last three years.
