New Born PR & dependent Visa verification

Hi, me and my husband are PR holder’s. I came to my home land for delivery. Now my son is of 6months old and is a Indian citizen. We have applied PR for our son a month ago,as my husband is staying in Canada. In between the process of PR is it possible to apply dependent visa for him to get back with my husband and stay in Canada itself till our son receives PR?!

His visitor visa has been rejected once, so is it possible to apply it again? And how long will it take for his PR process to complete?

If his visitor visa application had been earlier refused......if nothing has changed to address the reason the visitor visa was refused, chances of visitor visa approval again is low except you properly address any earlier reason for refusal and provide a much convincing reason why it should be approved.

PR sponsorship for a dependent check should take around 9 months living in India.
