"The change will add to the time it takes to obtain visas to travel to, work, reside or study in Canada."

I also found out about this today on the login screen when i went to check my application for any changes Sadly no changes

Do you have any ideas whether the changes will affect the new applicants only or all applicants in the system even those waiting for ppr?

I think that it will apply to everyone after July 31st if you are still an applicant after that date
