refusal on immigration status from England by CHC london as I was there from last 1 year on visitor visa......... does it will affect my study permit application as they will contact CHC london or not and processing time?

They can contact, but according to CHC act Section 17b, "there is no cause of refusal neither any country nor Canada, Candidates are free to apply"

dont worry, I know some friend having refusals from UK and even from Canada for refugee an student visa, but get visa.
