New AINP Work Experience Category

Hi guys! I need help. Here's my situation :
2 years of Food Service Supervisor
Got a BOWP
New work: Kinder Teacher Assistant
Question: Am I qualified to apply under ainp AWE category?
If not, what should i do?

You got BOWP already, it means you had applied for permanent residency already I presume.
If your NOC 6212 is gained for the past two years then you are qualified under AWE.
However, for individual cases only AINP can tell if you are qualified, that is, after you send them all the requirements.

Yes, i applied under CEC however it 's been 10 months and no sign of MR so i was thinking to apply ainp-awe in case they refuse my cec app. I've seen many who applied in two categories.

Since i had 2 years skilled work (6212), i believe i am qualified to apply under awe however my current job now is kinder teacher assistant which is listed under ineligible occupation in awe. This is a little confusing for me as i quote what is in the ainp website:

"At the time you apply, your current occupation must not be listed as an ineligible occupation. If your occupation is on this list, you are not eligible to apply to the AINP."

How would you analyze it?

Oh that is true. I joined the webminar and this was one of the sample scenario there.
The moderator pointed out the NOC 6711 (Food counter attendant) as a sample ineligible NOC.
All you have to do now is to wait for your CEC application it seems.

Sorry if i used your post, i really need to know what is pay statement and where i can get this, im planning to send my application under ALberta experience class but im not sure about the pay staement, correct me if im wrong is that the pay stub? Sorry to ask i just assume that you can help me with this. Hope you understand, thank you.
