New 2015 inland spousal application query.

I have a situation.my wife is Canadian and we are under process to apply for inland sponsorship.my case is I haven't submitted my inland spousal application yet but in few days I will be sending my application for inland spouse PR and my legal status has already expired. So I was thinking if I should send inland spousal application along with ROS and OWP . What do you suggest ?

No, you have to apply for ROS and have it approved before you send the OWP application.

What happens if I send both ROS and OWP together since it's the same form and both the options are there on the form ? Will it affect my ROS ?
