Hello, I got an email saying that I haven't signed the oath form. I attended the virtual ceremony, took the oath, and left after the photo taking period was over with the judge. The ceremony was virtual. I checked my email, the form wasn't there. It wasn't mailed to me either. What should I do?

Look at the end of the pdf included in the notice to appear for your ceremony, is the last form in the pdf
