I (citizen) am sponsoring my spouse as PR. In his GCKey account, under medical review, it now says "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message for details"
And under biometrics it says "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message for details"
However, there are zero messages listed in the GCKey account, and he never received those requests by email either (we checked his email, spam, double-checked that address was correct etc., and he has received other emails from them).
What should we do next? I am not even sure who to contact since the enquiry form says they will not address your question unless it is past the processing time (we are not).
