We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 27, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on August 5, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 31, 2010.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT ?? IT BETTER BE WORTHWHILE !

Plus be sure to have one of the mailing address of sender along with NOC number to be sticked one the courier.

My timelines are in signature column .. My visa office is in New Delhi

I am forwarding a letter of explanation to CHC New Delhi Today tin response to their query about my sons' date of birth ...

They were kept my passports on hold since 27th July ...Hence I have forced my consultancy to sned them a letter on 28th Sep ..In response to the letter , they have told me to clarify regarding my sons' date of birth ...

It was a hectic and tensed week for me to run around Metropolitan city office and Maternity hospital ,Finally I have been able to forward minor certificate, Birth certificate, corrected Birth certificate issued by Metropoiltan city office.. Now all these documents have same date of birth now..
I have kept my fingers crossed now...Hopefully they will take a decision on my case ASAP ..

They will definitely reply .

My visa office is buffalo and on 22nd of Oct, I received passport request. I have sent my passport on 23rd.

Yeuta sano samasya aayo. Mero srimati ko Bachelor ko transcript TU bata (in a sealed envelope) ma lina ke garnu parcha? Kinaki hami dubai jana yaha chhau. Any ideas? Balkhu bata line ho?

just forward yr spouse's original transcript to any one of yr friend here in nepal, tell him/her to go to Balkhu with original one and get a copy of same with sealed, then you can get it easily.

You do not need to send SLC certificate in sealed envelope. You only need to send transcripts in university sealed envelope.
