I'm trying to get LMIA approval for a foreigner, I already read the needed document as per the offcial requirement link for Hire a skilled worker to support their permanent residency – Program requirements
I already collect the needed information of my company in the (Business licence or documentation).
and made an advertising on the JOBBank and other 2 sites for more than 4 weeks.
and i plan now to submit the LMIA with the below items
1-(Business licence or documentation)
2- proof for the adv.
3-the interview questions, and review of each candidate result.
4-brief summary for why choose that foreigner.
can you please advice, as I contact a lawyer and he is requesting huge amount of money for that services
