In the month of may 2012, I received medical and RPRF request from Buffalo Visa office. I later learned that Buffalo Visa office is closed since may 2012 and the pending cases have been transferred to CPP Ottawa. I have prepared the RPRF. But I am not sure where to send it.. Is anyone facing a similar issue.. Can anyone pls. guide me on this. Thanks..
