I have copied pasted the above from canadavisa.com
Does that mean i can apply because i have arranged employment, ielts 7 and 69/100????
 
It doesn't matter what canadavisa says. You need to be quoting from the CIC web site.

I am married and have kid.I m applying as a single applicant through EE.how do they calculate my points? As a married person or as a single applicant?
