Hello to everyone. I am currently here in Canada as a temporary visitor for 6 months. There's a Canadian employer who wants to hire or is willing to give me a job offer/contract. Am I entitled or can I be considered under the "applying for work permit from inside Canada"?

If granted a positive Labour Market Opinion, Do I have to leave Canada and return to my home country and apply from there?

Is there an effect if I apply for a working Visa with/to our application for Permanent resident visa (which is set to be processed by mid-2009) which my spouse is the Principal applicant?

Thanks for your help.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You can see who can apply from where at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who-eligible.asp

If you are eligible to apply as you enter Canada, that is probably faster than applying from inside but you would have to be visa exempt and have the LMO and then you can either jump on a flight to the US and back or drive to the border.
