Need your suggestions - Post Grad / PH.D

Hi,
I have completed Mcom (2003) - Management and totally 9 years of work experience in JP Morgan / Lehman Brothers / Nomura India - current designation : Manager. I am looking for a Post Grad degree / Ph.D in either Behavioral Finance (Blend of Physiology + Finance) or any similar 2 year course. So I can get the 3 year PGWP.

Any suggestions/advise ?

Do I need to pursue studies in a similar field of my prior academic / experience ? or will pursuing it in a similar field actually diminish my chances of getting my visa approved ?

To add: several course I have found are 14 months 18 months - I am guessing these do not qualify as 2 years, to get the 3 years PGWP
