Need your help, I have applied under CR category

Hi,

I have applied under Convetional Refugee in New Delhi and have done the medical exam in Dec 11, can someone tell me how long will that take to get the visa, normally it should not take longer than 7 months once the medical test is done and all are fine.

I have requested CIC for an update but no reply since last 3 months
