Hello~

I think my description falls into Skill level B (second digit 2, 3), but I graduated University. Am I qualified to apply CEC?

Also, my salary is not that high…salary matters when I apply CEC?

Thank you!!

No. Salary does not matter. All that matters is the required work experience falling into the Skill category.

Skill Level 0,A,B all qualifies for CEC. If you graduated from a Canadian University, you can apply under graduate stream in which you need 1yr of working experience @ Skill 0, A, B jobs.

Salary wouldn't be the main reason that your file does not qualify.

Salary can matter if its quite apparent to the VO that you are cooking up your job description/title, and people in the same profession/job are earning much higher.

Visit this website. Over there you can find the mean, upper and lower ranges of your NOC in your locality.
