Hey. I sumitted pr under paper based one. And they returned my application for i missed signature for generic and schedule P4 something. And they put sign here sticker on paper where i missed sign. And i resend same application it.

My question is do i need use all new paperworks or will be fine i use same paperworks what they retuned it to me.
I though it’s cumbersome if i use a new paperwork. Even though all papers have a holes and stamps. I asked my parents to send me a birth certificate and police certified from my home just in case. Those docs will arrive next week.
When i get those files should i re summit to cic? Or is okay with same paperwork

Ps. My bc nominations valid till oct.16 and documentaries will be here oct.5. It’s enough time to resummit.. what can i do ?

AS your nomination expires on Oct 16..send the same docs as soon as possible. Actually the rule here is, need to get AOR/ filenumber from CIC before the nomination expires,or else need to call/ask pnp guys for any extensions of your pnp as far as I know.

I already sent same applications on sep.14 and application arrived to sydney office 17th. I just want to know do i need to do all new application or is okay i sent same applications what they returned to me for missed signatures. I signed what i missed and what they asked me one and sent right away

I just missed signature for generic and schedule 4pa. They taping signhere on papers and i did signed and sent them right away. Some threads saying need all new applications. But I don’t think is work a new paper that means staart beginning again.

What’s gonna happend i sent old applications? If i send all new applications. Have you done this situation before?

They want me to do sign generic and other form. So i can do both together and send them with explain letter ? Not whole package?

I dont think so...Its better to wait for some days till you hear back from CIC. No need to hurry....and nothing to do from your end....for now.
If the application is complete...they will assign you a file number. Just wait.......

Regarding the nomination extension/ changes, give a call to PNP guys and let them know your situation as you haven't received the file number yet and the nomination is going to expire. They might help you.

As far as I know, we need to receive the PR file number before the nomination expires.
