Need you help about work experience!!

hi,I am new here.

till 2014.7 ,My work experience is 4 year,and I can get the score 67.

but when i send the mail is MAY ,I can only get score 65..

Last year, each case take more than 2 months to be "in processing" .

so I want to know how did they calculate the work experience?

according to the sign date in the form or the processing date?

They use the date your application is signed (not the processing date).
