I need urgent help regarding my submitted claim after passing more than one month there is no acknowledgement of claim from IRCC is this normal because I heard that when you submit refugee claim online next day you will receive acknowledgment notice but in my case I didn’t receive any acknowledgment and there is no information from IRCC please advise what to do.
 
For me i emailed that i want to make a claim within 2-3 days i got a reply please send your id passport info etc. after that i got reply within 5 days with acknowledgment of claim. I didn’t apply online
 
My lawyer applied in the portal and he gives me submission paper from IRCC but no acknowledgment of claim.please guaid

you can email the address i provided and say you have not received acknowledgment of claim. Make sure you enter your claim details like reference number etc

Effective October 6th, 2021, persons in Canada wishing to make a refugee claim should do so by using the Canadian Refugee Protection Portal (CRPP). I received this email

Try inquiring about ypur application on this email i know you have applied but try to email them to find out
If you don’t want to email then you have to wait then there is no other ch

how much time it will take for acknowledgement of claim when submitted refuges claim in online portal

For online I have no clue because I hate this online process it doesn't work well and is not tested a lot. I am not sure online but for email its 1-2 weeks

there is an email also if you cannot do it online. They changed the email though
