Hi All,

I need urgent help.

I am planning to submit my OINP application under Human capital priority stream.
I have few doubts,

I am working on LMIA exempt job in Canada with closed work-permit, and I have been transferred here from my employer in India for which I am full time employer.
1) What documents is expected to be submitted under Job offer for such a work-permit and LMIA exempt jobs? (Because I don't have any formal document of Job offer from my employer in Canada)
2) My spouse is with me in Canada on Dependent VISA (with visitor record) is it Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)?
3) Do we have to authorize WES to share my spouse's ECA report along with mine? (Because nothing is mentioned in application guide for this point)?
4) To claim proof of funds for my employment in Ontario what document I need provide?

Can somebody help me with these questions urgently because my deadline of 14 days is fast approaching..

Based on your reply I can say that I have to submit documents such as Employment Reference Letter, T4, pay stubs in work history section,
But can you please help me with this specific point in Application guide 2017,
Application guide 2017,follwing section,
6. Employment in Ontario (if applicable)
6.1 Job Offer (if applicable)
A copy of your full-time job offer from an Ontario employer.
6.2 Work Permit (if applicable)
A copy of your current work permit, if you are currently working in Ontario for the same employer who has offered you a job.
6.3 Labour Market Impact Assessment (if applicable)
A copy of the Labour Market Impact Assessment issued for your current work permit in Canada.

Also, I knew that I have to authorize WES to share my ECA report. but the question is DO I have to authorize my spouse's ECA report?

6.1: Yes, you need to provide it. Job offer here is a job contract. One more thing is if you are working in Ontario already, then you don't have to do the proof of fund.
6.2: Again, if you are working in Ontario, show them the work permit.
6.3: If you have LMIA, you can upload it. If not, you can skip.
P.s: Yes, you need to authorize for your spouse's ECA report if your CRS score are gained from your spouse.

Btw, when you click to upload, they show you the instructions, try to follow that.
