need urgent help refuse file but have enogh points

hi friends
I call midi they said my file is refused and today I received a decision by mail but n mail its showing I have 61 points according to their calculations .but still they refused my file .please can someone help me out. I applied in aug 2012 got aor dec 2012 ,then I got email waiting for interview in june 2014 after that I got email for interview date in sep 2015 .on interview they request document ,which I allraedy to send to them.after nearly 10 months they send me this letter which showing I have 61 points .and they refuse my application.

You'll need to find out the specific reason(s) why you were refused. I doubt anyone will be able to assist until you obtain this information.

thanks for reply in letter they said I don't have enough points .I need 2 more points I have 61 .reason I cant understand they said I change my job but as they requested I send all the documents to them.my prevous job and current job same profession .

I am just wondering tht we need 57or 63 for family??? because I received evaluton sheet also ,one is showing examen pre IQ 57 POINTS.another one showing selection IQ 61 points

and also when t I went to interview they update o their site there no points for adapatbilty.but in my evaulaution sheet its showing they giveme 4 out of 6 .I am confused what happen with my file .they said you need a 63points to get csq but you currently have 61

mate fristly so sorry, socondly you alredy have the answer you need 63 because you apply on 2012 rules, in 2012 did exist interview nowdays people need 50 in preliminar (without children and financial statement) and 57 final round (without interview).

Maybe you could ask about administrative review.
