I use a Mac pro version 10.13 and i also have the latest adobe installed and upgraded.
I have been trying to download form IMM5257 since last 4 days and I still cant understand what is wrong. I called Apple center and they also tried for 2 hours and still no success.
Here is the problem I am facing-
1. I can see the fillae form in my safari / internet explorer 11, BUT - after I fill it out in my accrobat reader, I am UNABLE TO SAVE IT IN MY MAC. When I download it somehow, it downlods a page with error msg not the form and all my information goes out.
Can anybody tell me how to fix this??
2. When I validate it in acrobat reader I donot see the bar codes in there- only numbers are there and ofcourse unable to save also.
I troed from internet explorer, safari and Chrome as well and failed to save and file . Please help.
