i am under 4131,,,,FSW1,,,single,,,,,full docs to CHC ND on 12 march ,,,IELTS listening 8.5,,,,read 8,,,spkng 7.5,,,,,wrtng 6.5,,,,,,,,in process from 11 may,,,,,,,,no verification call ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,still i m not hearing from CHC

please advise me that should i send an inquiry or not ,,,,,,,,,,,,i do'nt know if it really works

if u think that i shuold send them an enquiry then please send me a draft of that email

i m very confused

Dear Ranjha,
I can Understand your Situation because i am also in a same boat.
I have send my fulldocs on 4th march and still undecided.where as few April Applicants are getting medicals.
I have Mailed them two General Inquiries and got reply of both. but that was standers copy/paste
reply that your case is awaiting VO'S Review,
and in second reply they told me not to contact them in this matter(status) they will let me know if my case moves in to the next stage.

I think you wont get any satisfactory reply.

I have ordered CAIPS Notes & Probably get it around 20 august.

may be I get any outcome before that.

just write them case specific inquiry write in that that its over four and half months and you didnot received any instruction from them .and request them to look into the mattter(i think this much is suffice u can attach the photocopy of aor also)

Don't forget me too, so am I too, mine processing had started since 11 May but still waiting for Medicals.

I think it is almost sure that VO has definetily got some confusing matters on our application due to which our processing has not been developed smothly.

BUT, it is also sure that there is not any valied reason to take the direct negative decision on our application due to which they have not taken any decision.

Might be they are trying to clarify the confusions with their own ways by not keeping our files in priority list and s..l...o...w...l..l...yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

All the best to all of us... so lets wait ...wait...and again wait...poor us what can we do more than that....?
