My college became autonomous when i was in my 3rd year of Engineering.
So half of my Semester mark-sheets are from R.G.P.V Bhopal and half are from College.
As i have read on most of the forum "majority of the evaluating agencies and institutes require university transcripts and not college transcripts, unless the college is autonomous" so here i am not sure from where i need to get the transcript from.
I checked from some people and they told R.G.P.V will issue transcripts for the first 2 years only so , what about the remaining two years, will College issue that..?.
Also my understanding is that there should only be one consolidated transcript sealed in an envelope which we need to send to WES.
If suppose college also issue for remaining two year then there will be two envelope..will this be accepted by WES...??
I am really confused here, will really appreciate thoughts from you guys on this.
