Need to Verify LMIA & My Job Offer Letter

Hello,
I have referred my case through Ryan Immigration Consultant. I received a job offer letter of "Project Manager - Mace Group in Toronto ON". I also paid for consultancy fee & LMIA fee & now he is asking me to submit the $4000 into canadian account as "Proof of Funds" & he is asking me to send this money to him & he will submit this amount into my account. I am not sure about it, what to do. please guide.

This is a scam. The job is fake.

These scammers are not in Canada. They are from India, Pakistan, China, Nigeria and other countries. There's no chance to get your money back.

Hello, i have a query about the near to expire of Closed-Work Permit (thru LMIA). my friend is planning to extend his work permit before it will expire on August 2024. Do he need a new LMIA for the extension of his WP if he still working with the same employer? If he needs new LMIA for his extension, do the employer proceed with the same process of applying LMIA to ESDC? TIA.
