Need to send Passport or passport photocopy of US born kid for COPR stamp

i received PPR mail and need to send passports of me and my dependents.
My question is
My both kids are US citizen ,should I send their original passport or photocopy of passport?
Also shall I send their only photo page of passport or all pages of passport,if I need to send photocopy?
