I got a mail from NDVO , AOR2 along with requeting for PCC & Fee Receipet on July 3rd . As i already sent to them with initial Documents . Do i need to send them copy of the documents again ? Please advice .

Status says - Application received ( Spouse ) . When does the status change to Medical received ? when to expect the PPR ?

no need to inform them..it is a template they send to some people even they have received the documents..if you are paranoid then send them a note with details of when pcc and fee receipt was sent (make sure you include your file number, name and other information)...for some ecas shows 'medical received' early in the process; for some middle of the process...as for passport request, I believe they changed the process they used to ask for passport early in the process but they ask at the end of the process...currently it takes anywhere from 10 to 13 months to get visa but if you are lucky you might get it in 9 months
